A pergola project looks simple — and it is, when every step is clear from the start. Here is how it works at Jopergola.

1. You build your project online

Model, dimensions, colour, options: our configurator gives you an instant estimate at all-inclusive installed prices. No commitment — nothing is asked of you at this stage.

2. You receive a quote, checked by a human

Every quote is reviewed and approved by our team before it goes out. You read it online, download the PDF with our terms and conditions, and accept it in one click when it suits you.

3. The technical visit locks in the details

Final measurements, ground condition, access: we check everything on site before anything is launched. That visit is what makes the project final.

4. Deposit, then installation

On order, a 30% deposit by bank transfer. Installation is carried out by us and takes place, as a guide, within about 10 working days of receiving the deposit for our catalogue models. A free-standing pergola requires no drilling into your façade.

5. Balance on delivery — and afterwards

The balance is paid on delivery, once the pergola is installed and checked with you. You are covered by the statutory warranty, plus a commercial warranty of 2 or 5 years depending on the model, and 2 years on electrical parts.
